Hello, I received an email from eBay on June 11 offering me a €50 voucher if I sold an item worth at least €10 before 11/07. I sold on eBay for €46 on July 8. As of today, July 21, I still have not received the €50 voucher that I am eagerly waiting for to make a purchase. I have contacted eBay several times by "chat" and they tell me to make my request on my good account ??? In short, eBay gives me no answer at all. Is this €50 "gift voucher" a scam ???

The disappearance, after investigation, seems to be on mondial relay's side, after 2 months I left neutral feedback for the seller explaining that I paid and that I didn't receive the package. After a few days I discover that my feedback had been removed ...What trust can we have after that? What proof do we have that a seller is reliable if feedback that doesn't please people can be removed

so I send everything by mail but it’s been impossible for me to fill out customs labels since July 4th so we can’t send our packages to US customers which is serious since they’ve already paid so we risk not only losing our customers but also our reputation and money so I looked around a bit and I see that since July 16th anything that is a toy is no longer accepted in the USA by French mail so if anyone has a solution I’m all ears because I’m at the end of my rope

So, I’m going to go on a huge, but huge, rant. That’s enough, the totally zero-program of Ebay International Shipping is a disgrace. 5 weeks to receive a package from the USA to France, 5 damned weeks, who are they kidding? It’s 2024! I, who work exclusively with Americans, for 32 euros, I ship my packages in 8 days, 8 days! My packages arrive in 8 days for 32 euros! The last time, I bought a package from a US seller. I paid almost the same price, 44 dollars, for USPS instead of Ebay International "Shipping" and well, I don’t regret my 44 dollars because I got my package in less than 2 weeks. So, at some point, people on Ebay, wake up and boycott this **bleep** of a pathetic program. A month to receive packages coming from the USA or elsewhere, I can only imagine! And the worst part is that, mostly, it’s 40 dollars, 45 dollars, 55 dollars in shipping fees. It’s more expensive with Ebay International Shipping and on top of that, it’s 10 times slower. So the icing on the cake is that they basically ripped off the US sellers, since US sellers can’t even opt out of this program. It’s totally insane to pay more to get your packages in a longer time frame! So, bottom line, we waste an unbelievable amount of time combing through the rare US sellers who offer USPS instead of EIS, and I can tell you that it doesn’t hurt Ebay either. Honestly, Ebay, just stop your program, seriously.
