I am contacting you regarding the MacBook Pro I purchased from you. The device is currently locked with an Apple ID (Activation Lock), and I am unable to use it.
Since this issue was not resolved, I kindly ask you to please remove the Apple ID from the device through your iCloud account as soon as possible. Without this, the MacBook cannot be used.
Please confirm once the device has been removed from your account, or provide a solution immediately. If this issue is not resolved, I will have to seek further assistance.
