Feedback remove without my consent

Hello!

Recently I purchased some Tintin figurines from a seller in France, [Pseudo], First we agreed on the shipping to the United States with the normal and fair shipping (Colissio International Price) and two nights in a row I bided on 15 items, he send me the invoice but then he asks for the price of shipping. After one week sending emails, he finally canceled the transaction because he did not have enought profit for him.

The issue is when I checked his profile, all of the negative feedback that I left for him was deleted by Ebay representative (altough he agreed to send to the US).

When I contacted them, the only thing they did was just reporting the seller was, and my feedbacks were deleted.

Vous avez ouvert un compte en France...

Vous avez acheté à un vendeur Français.... qui a cru que vous habitiez en France...

MAIS..

Vous lui demandez d'expédier aux US... avec réajustement du tarif postal...

Cependant, le vendeur refuse de vous envoyer le colis...

De plus, vous ajoutez--->

"Le problème est que lorsque j'ai vérifié son profil, tous les commentaires négatifs que je lui avais laissés ont été supprimés par le représentant d'Ebay (bien qu'il ait accepté de l'envoyer aux États-Unis)."

La messe est dite... il n'y a plus rien à faire..

Le vendeur s'est senti mal à l'aise dans cette transaction et il a annulé comme il en avait le droit et la possibilité... mais vos commentaires n'ont pas été appréciés par eBay qui les a retirés..

Il n'y a rien d'autre à faire..

I verified with the seller about sending to the US and he agreed by giving me the correct price ( price from Cilissimo ) the seller agreed on the shipping price but then he tippled the shipping price, It wasn't like that out of no where I start bidding on the items. of course the seller wasn't comfortable in this transaction because he wanted to make money more and then he said it's not possible so he cancelled it. and about my comment, eBay associate has no right to remove other members comment either they like it or not. Now i can see why the got deleted.
It seems ebay policy in France is different than the whole other places.

Now i can see why the got deleted.
