bonsoir voila mon probléme j'ai acheter un buggy neuf echelle 1:8 (modelisme) a un étranger qui habite au etats unis je lai reçu environ 20 jours aprés avoir acheter a peine reçu la boite du buggy etait plein d'huile et 2 amortisseur était casser ensuite 2 jour aprés j'ai acheter mon chauffe bougie les piles et tous se qu'il faut pour le demarrer donc j'essaye et il ne démarre pas ensuite il démarre mais le moteur s'emballe et cale vite donc je vais dans un magasin professionnelle de modelisme et le carburateur ne marche pas (l'essence ne rentre pas dans le moteur) donc trés désu j'en parle a mon vendeur et il me répond pas ou répond mais comprend pas ce que je lui dis je veux tous simplement remboursement ou un autre moteur mais il ne répond pas ou dis qu'il ne comprend pas comment je peus faire?en méme temp financiérement pour renvoyer le buggy au états unis si je devrais je ne pourais pas je suis sans travail merci de m'avoir lu et pour vos réponses

tu as payé par paypal donc tu vas dans ton compte

paypal > gestionnaire de litiges ( objet non conforme)

maxi 45 jours apres la date du paiement

pourtant le descriptif de l'annonce est tres clair:
