Hello I bought many items, including 2 defective wooden wheels that I sent back after our phone conversation. Since then, I’ve heard nothing about either a refund or an exchange. I’m trying to get in touch without success, whether by phone, SMS or email. This person is well rated but lacks honesty when it comes to refunding/exchanging a defective item. Even when I ask them for info about a new item I’m considering buying, no reply! I’ve lost the €200 I paid and I’ll never see the product again!

Hello, I have an order worth 69 euros. To send it abroad, I paid 19.39 euros for Colissimo. A week later, the parcel was returned by the carrier because it was “unclaimed”. The recipient opened a dispute against me for “item not received”. I contacted eBay to ask them to refund the buyer except for the shipping fee I paid. Today I received their decision: I have to refund the buyer 69 euros, and eBay cannot give me back the 10.3 euro commission. so in the end I lost: 19.39 euros + 10.3 euros = 29.69 euros. I did nothing, and I lost 29.69 euros!!! What kind of world is this??? Is this normal?!!! What logic?!!!

I’d like to know why sellers always list shipping fees in their listings when, under eBay’s new policy, it’s the buyer who pays and chooses the delivery method and therefore the price.
