Mondial Relay delivery address problem
Hello everyone, I'm running into a problem that some of you have probably experienced already. I moved from Poitou to Normandy 5 YEARS ago, but despite several attempts to update my address, my orders keep being delivered to my old address in the TWO SEVRES. I've had several chats with the eBay staff, they claim to have solved the problem, but no way. I've changed my address on Mondial Relay I've changed my address on eBay I've changed my delivery address on eBay I've even changed my Mondial Relay account I no longer know what to do, because I can't buy anymore; one seller even blocked me because he was fed up with my problem Thanks for your replies

Package not received
Hello, I did send back my remote before September 22 and you’re telling me you didn’t receive it even though Colissimo says it was delivered The package was delivered on the 22nd, so I’d really like to get my refund back Kind regards

I had placed an order by mistake on August 25, I asked for it to be canceled. The seller refused. Yet I was still within the time limit. He keeps lying, saying that I refused to receive the parcel on August 26, even though delivery is scheduled for Saturday, August 29 or September 2. You can see the seller's contradiction.

eBay auction France to overseas territories
Hello, I’m in Guyana. I’m looking for auction items, especially in the DVD, TNT, WOMEN'S CLOTHING, BOOKS categories. Unfortunately, when I look for the items I’m interested in, I see that the item is mostly located somewhere in Europe (England, Portugal, etc,...... ) However, the only country I’m interested in is mainland France. And the only site I’m interested in is ebay.fr In 2026, where can I find items from private sellers located exclusively in France who sell in “Auction” format? it’s been years since I last bought on ebay France. Thank you.
