Package not received
Hello, I did send back my remote before September 22 and you’re telling me you didn’t receive it even though Colissimo says it was delivered
The package was delivered on the 22nd, so I’d really like to get my refund back

To get a refund, you need to go through this protocol ---->
Return an item to get a refund | eBay
and don't forget to include the tracking number in the request.
If you went through private email... you'll get nothing if the seller doesn't intend to satisfy you.
