Ebay USA purchase blocked, the seller doesn't ship to France

Hello, On July 13, 2026, I bought an item for sale on Ebay USA. Ebay message: the seller does not ship this item to the following country: Metropolitan France. When requesting a shipping quote, Ebay displays the allowed destinations: France is missing while Germany, Spain, and Italy are listed. I contacted the seller: the country list is provided by Ebay and he found that France is not included. He tells me he has already sold items in France. He contacts Ebay, who modifies the list to include France. New purchase attempt: the same block appears: the seller does not ship this item to France. Any solution?

Winning bid withdrawal
I can't cancel my winning bid for the Bang & Olufsen stereo system at €151. Actually, I would like to transfer the two bids on the two Bang & Olufsen systems, the one auctioned at €130 and the other at €150. That would have allowed me to use the two damaged ones to make one complete one. I can't cancel my purchase because you told me I only have 12 hours to withdraw.
