International eBay purchases impossible in France

I've been buying on Ebay for some time now, especially basketball cards from the United States via Ebay international Shipping, and I've never had a problem.

But for the past week, it's been impossible for me to make a purchase because it tells me that "the item cannot be sent to France" except that it does this with all items coming from the United States and especially since I've already bought items from some sellers (see some currently being delivered) without any problem.

I contacted customer service, who doesn't want to understand my request but assures me that it's not from my account. (looking at the listings, delivery can take place to all countries in the world except France....), I know someone who has the same problem as me ...

Do you have any more information?
