Your profile indicates that you have had 5 problems with 5 different sellers this month for this account created in April 2026...
most problems are handled by AI, which doesn’t know empathy, nor does it understand illness excuses like you say...
Maybe next year... around August, you’ll be able to resume your activities on the site, but right now, it seems somewhat compromised to me...

You have to wait 12 months from the first missed payment before you can buy from sellers who have set up their account to block bad payers..With a bit of luck, you might come across a seller who hasn’t blocked you.
You can also contact the sellers to see if it’s possible to exempt you, but it’s not a done deal.
