EBAY scam
Non-compliant eBay purchase, 1 month of useless chat that leads nowhere, impossible to reach a person by phone, eBay does not take any responsibility at all and protects buyers in no way, I’m going to ask for a refund through my bank via my credit card, this is unacceptable, they are scammers, I will NEVER ORDER FROM EBAY AGAIN

OP2 weeks ago · EditedYeah, well, if you consider that I had to do everything without any precise info for a month, no one to talk to by phone, obviously, and an unbearable robot chat where they asked me FOR MY ORDER NUMBER EVERY SINGLE TIME ETC for 26 days like that.... in the end. I should be refunded... except for the €21 shipping fees!!!... I won’t buy on this site anymore, way way too complex and dehumanized

if you returned an item because it didn’t match, the shipping costs should not be deducted from your refund.
You say: "in the end. I should be refunded.". In that case, why are you also asking your bank for a refund?

OP2 weeks agoFor 1 month now, I've been being given the runaround, no reply from the seller, emails that just keep repeating the same thing, impossible to get a return label, nothing concrete, I had to call FedEx, the delivery driver, to get an address to send the package back to!!!!!! Do you think that's normal?.
The bank suggested I take steps to recover what I'm owed, but yesterday eBay wrote to tell me they were going to refund me... so I'm waiting, otherwise I'll continue with my steps because the way customers are treated is unbearable. I can't make heads or tails of it, I've never seen anything like this. And the shipping costs... nothing... , great, well done. If eBay has too many customers, all the better. but I can see I'm far from the only one complaining.

OP2 weeks agoAs for the return, a real pain, no label received and the seller didn’t even take the time to reply to my messages w app... if that’s not a scam then...
