Dispute procedure for an item that does not match the description

good evening everyone

I just received a batch of vinyl records whose condition doesn't match the description

moreover, 1/4 of the vinyl records don't match the sleeve

I’d like to open a dispute but I couldn’t find anything

apart from the item not having been received and returning the item

If you don't want all or part of your purchase.... you have to return everything to your seller to get a refund->

Unless you find an arrangement with them so they refund you the inconvenient part...

which can only be done with a partial refund from them... if they accept this kind of deal...
