I have a problem with a faulty product that's 11 months old, so eBay doesn't want to do anything since their deadline has passed, 30 days for them, and the seller isn't responding, what should I do

If the product was under legal warranty... the seller needs to be a French professional, preferably.
deal directly with him...
Send a registered letter for replacement or compensation..
As a last resort and with no reply... file a case with the DGCCRF in your city.
If the seller was a foreigner or a private seller...
forget it.

OP2 weeks agoThanks, yes the site is based in China, I got fooled because on the product photo there was a little French flag so I had assumed it was a French site
