The seller won’t send me my order and won’t cancel it either
A seller doesn’t want to ship my order
He asked me to cancel it
I did
But eBay is telling me it’s too late
So I don’t have my item but I don’t have a refund either!
What should I do?
I should point out that the seller is refusing to send the order even though I had won the auction ….

If you exceed 30 days, the eBay guarantee no longer applies and you must file a claim with your payment provider. You should know that the eBay customer guarantee applies only within
