immediate purchases
hello, after several purchases, they go straight into the cart, I have to contact the seller for the total, but I don't see any box, the items don't go into my eBay purchased items, all the buttons send me back to payment, can you tell me if there's a solution. thanks.

Purchase and invisible return on your site. No news
I made a defective purchase on eBay. The return was accepted and I sent the package back. But there’s no trace of my purchase anywhere. No trace of my return, package nowhere to be found?! What am I supposed to do now?!?! Even when I click the links I received by email, I only get errors. I’d like someone to take care of this return.

Cancellation request within 5 minutes but refused, so return fees....unacceptable!
Although the cancellation request was made within 5 minutes that followed, the seller refused to cancel the order, claiming to have shipped it the next day. cancellation on the 11th and shipment on the 12th. now return shipping costs are on me. Forced sale!!! It's been a while since I've been buying on this site, but never again will I do it! Ebay is over for me!

Hello, I’d like to buy in the USA. During payment, 3 amounts appear: the price of the items, the shipping amount, and another for VAT. Upon receipt, will I still need to pay something else, or is everything included? I should mention the transaction is done through eBay US. Thanks for your reply.

Problem with La Poste
I bought an item from a French seller for delivery to Poland. I work 5 days out of 7 and I can’t pick up the parcel in person, so it’s stuck in a loop of failed delivery attempts and new attempts. The local Polish post office doesn’t recognize the tracking number and I’m not sure that they’re the ones handling this parcel. Does anyone know which last-mile delivery service Colissimo from La Poste uses in Poland?
