you are not addressing eBay customer service (you are on a help forum).

You have probably received a message informing you of the cancellation of your purchase and the seller must have chosen "incorrect address" as the reason to avoid a defect on their account.

In any case, there is nothing to do about this.

Look for your motherboard from another seller.
