Purchase and invisible return on your site. No news
I made a defective purchase on eBay. The return was accepted and I sent the package back. But there’s no trace of my purchase anywhere. No trace of my return, package nowhere to be found?! What am I supposed to do now?!?! Even when I click the links I received by email, I only get errors. I’d like someone to take care of this return.

Except for a purchase made on a fake page of the site... in which case, it would be a scam...
You may have bought without being logged into your account..

Get help if you bought an item without being signed in | eBay
At worst, contact Customer Service here---> eBay Customer Service
Preferably do it during office hours and ask to be bought.
