no customs in the EU ok but in each country VAT is due whatever its name

There are no customs fees with Germany, but for this item the seller does not ship to France ( no shipping to France. )..
As for PayPal, it does not handle VAT or customs.
You’ll have to find what you’re looking for elsewhere.
