I ordered an item, but the seller can't validate my address (incorrect address).
we tried twice but the order is canceled for the same reason, even though my address on my eBay account is correct.

From what you’re saying, it’s not that the seller can’t validate your address (since anyway a seller doesn’t have to do that...), but simply that they’re canceling the order for the reason "incorrect address".
So rather, ask them why they’re canceling your order.

sometimes the addresses listed by eBay seem too long, you have to "trim" the address, but if you have contact with the seller, give them the correct address and tell them to send it via the carrier's website
