Hello, I can't order my cartridges anywhere, the sellers say they don't accept auctions, but I'm putting it as Buy It Now and it doesn't work, no matter how much I write to them I never get a response, so why, if you have an answer thank you

I don’t understand you, the seller chooses whether to put it up for auction or for immediate purchase, the buyer doesn’t have that choice

if the full message is "The seller is not accepting either your bids or your offers at the moment", it means that they have blocked you, as @*miss-tigri* told you (Hello Miss 🙂)
That also explains why they are not replying to you, because from now on when a seller blocks you, they no longer receive your messages. (Another really great idea from the site... 😐)
