Package from the USA.. that was supposed to arrive in France.. but just left for New York?! Any explanation?

hello , there may be a misinterpretation and the package may not have actually been sent back . it may be a customs issue (the sender will not be responsible for anything) ; customs probably take several days to decide to return it to the sender if they believe something is wrong ; during those days you have the option of proactively trying to contact them ; this is an option you can choose , instead of , or in addition to , trying to contact the carrier but like the others it is probably set up...
