Combining the seller's private offer and discount code
A seller just sent me a private offer of 5% off an item I may want to buy.
At the same time, eBay is offering me a promo code "APP24" for 5% that would be eligible on that same item.
My question is: if I accept the seller's offer, can I enter the eBay promo code at checkout and combine the 2 discounts?
