hello , i don't understand why on the last auction, even though I was supposedly told that I was the highest bidder, I'm told that I lost! That's not normal! I'd like to know why? thanks for explaining.

It may be that it was a buyer working with a sniper who beat you to it at the finish line..
But.. whatever the method.. tell yourself that the item wasn’t meant for you, for one thing...
and for another that it’s always the most generous bidder who wins.
Forget this unfortunate bid and look elsewhere for your item.. maybe you’ll come out ahead.

"know why " = Not possible without seeing the auction details (you'd have to be a mind reader), since it's forbidden to post item numbers, we can't answer you (unless you copy and paste the details of the bids placed, masking everything that concerns the item).
