Site problem
I have a problem on the site.
When I select "Sold successfully or completed sales" it no longer takes me to the sales that are completed like it used to; whereas this option works very well on ebay.co.uk. How come??

OP11 months agoWhen it's like that for example, we can't manage to scroll down (to click on More +)

1 clue----->
- clear your browser cache by deleting recent history... (which may have "trapped" you in the same old loop.)
Do it while you are logged out of ebay...
- when you log back in, everything should normally be back in place.
You can also do the same search with another browser...

OP11 months agoI’ve already done these steps many times. The problem is still there.
For example, when I do a search I can’t expand the categories, but I can do it on ebay.co.uk.

Use this link.... Advanced search | eBay
enter the keywords for the items you want in its search bar since you check "completed listings - sold listings"..
That’s how it works.

Not all eBay sites work exactly the same way.

OP11 months agoIt doesn't work.
48 hours ago, it worked just as well as on ebay.co.uk. Why doesn't it work anymore like on ebay.co.uk.
When I do a basic search and there's a "+" to expand the categories, I can't expand it by clicking on "+" like before. Same thing when you do a search and try to narrow it to "France only" and it doesn't switch to listings only in France; nothing happens.
