parcel drop-off point decided for me
hello,
for my last two purchases, eBay decides for me to set the pickup point "Mondial-Relais" 20 miles from my home, even though there is one 5 km away. For the last purchase, it was today, so I contacted the seller and asked if they could change the pickup point, I hope they can.
So I would like to know where I should go to get this changed?

OP3 years agoHere it's fine, they deliver to the right pickup point, there was only one in 2020 who, I don't know how he knew, guessed there was a phone in the package, so he delivered it 20 km from my place; when I went there, I saw the tape, I opened it in front of the pickup point manager, I was able to make a complaint and get another one.

路3 years agoSeriously, total nonsense, as if delivery drivers could guess what was in the packages, and as if they had nothing better to do given their workload than analyze packages...

By the way, do you think a phone is the ultimate object that everyone covets?^^ Luckily there's a lot more interesting than a piece of plastic and scrap metal in a package...

the discounted rates between Mondial Relay and eBay are all well and good, but the delivery drivers, especially during the summer period, deliver to the pickup point that suits them best, so you just have to deal with it

路3 years agoIt's not those who suit them best, but those who are available depending on the closures for summer holidays, especially in August, and for your information the closure of pickup points for holidays and the delays that result from it are clearly explained on their site, so whiners, read it, it'll save you some tissues... When you use a low-cost service 50% cheaper than La Poste, you deal with it and you don't whine...
