Save time by automating buyer offers
Summary: fr_news_team reports on a new eBay feature that allows sellers to automate sending offers to buyers. This simplifies the process, especially for those with large inventories, by letting them set conditions and criteria for offers. Sellers can create automated offers for a period of up to 150 days, giving them greater flexibility and control.
Dear professional sellers,
Sellers enrolled in an eBay Store can now fully automate sending offers to buyers for listings of their choice.
The Send Offer feature is very effective for boosting your sales. However, we know that creating offers manually can take a lot of time, especially for sellers with large inventories.
We have simplified sending offers by introducing bulk manual offers and automated offers for single listings. Now, you have access to fully automated offer sending across your entire inventory.
With this new feature, instead of creating offers manually, you can set your offer terms and the criteria for selecting listings to include. We will automatically send your offer to eligible buyers who show interest in listings that match your criteria, including new listings you create. You can set the duration of your automated offers (up to 150 days).
Here’s how to create and manage your automated offers:
- Go to the Buyer Groups page under the Marketing tab in Seller Hub.
- Select “Send automated offers”.
- Choose the inventory to include, set your price range, and give your buyer group a name.
You can create as many automated offers as you want, giving you more flexibility and control. Go to the Marketing tab in Seller Hub to try this feature.
Best regards,
The eBay team
