Summary: fr_news_team informs sellers that, due to recent severe weather in mainland France, there are major disruptions to transport networks affecting delivery times. Estimated delivery dates for shipments made between January 17 and 19, 2024 have been extended to account for any delays. eBay will apply seller performance protections for affected sellers, including late delivery rates and disputes related to items not received. These protections apply to all sellers in the affected areas or shipping to them.

Due to recent severe weather in mainland France, transportation networks are currently experiencing major disruptions in the affected regions.
As a result, we have extended the estimated delivery times for your shipments sent between 17/01/24 and 19/01/24, to take into account any possible delivery delays.
If your business was affected by these disruptions, eBay is here for you and seller performance protection measures will be applied automatically, including with regard to:
- Your late delivery rate
- Your item not received claims due to a delivery delay (in your service metrics)
- Defects resulting from transactions you canceled
- Negative or neutral feedback related to those transactions
These protections will be applied to all sellers located in the areas concerned, and to all sellers who delivered orders to these areas.
