In the latest Seller Updates, we had announced changes to certain categories and item specifics so buyers can find your listings more easily, on eBay and on external search engines.
Starting today, updates will be made in the following categories:
Auto, Moto: parts and accessories
Beauty, wellness: Covid-19 self-tests
Watches
Photo, camcorders
Home and garden
During this transition, the selling experience and visibility of your listings may be temporarily affected. You may notice that the name of some item specifics has changed, that listings have changed category, or that they do not appear temporarily in search results.
Any affected listing should return to normal within a week of the update starting, but the visibility of some listings in search results could be affected for up to three weeks following the update.
Once these changes have been made, we recommend that you check your listings in the categories mentioned above to see whether any have been affected. To learn more about category changes, click here .
