Negative feedback removed by eBay
Summary: loulou77169 expresses their frustration after seeing their negative feedback removed by eBay, following a parcel not received despite a refund. They share their distrust of the platform, having also lost money as a seller. koalagris and *miss-tigri* mention that similar discussions exist on the forum and explain the feedback removal policy, while theverybestofshop criticizes the fact that a seller can request removal without valid reason. frelonverre points out that the seller refunded, calling into question the justification for the negative feedback.
I never received the package. The seller kept me waiting and now the time limit to claim has passed, the transaction is over. I’m probably too naive! I haven't sold on eBay for a while already because I also got burned as a seller; the package sold through the eBay platform never arrived and eBay doesn't want to know anything about it, they pass the blame to the carrier and the carrier to eBay. I lost about 40 euros. I have never had any problem with **bleep**.
Something to think about ...
Good evening everyone.

Un vendeur peut demander le retrait d'une evaluation quand il n'est pas responsable du retard ou de la perte d'un colis.

·6 months agoFalse, a seller can simply ask eBay to delete a negative review for no reason at all and eBay (no **bleep**) will do it.
This hugely misleads buyers and eBay is responsible for all of this.
