Hello after buying a Blackveiw Tab 8 10.1 tablet on July 11, 2023 I used it, and after 6 months, around the end of January 2024, the battery no longer charges. I informed the seller, and he made me 3 offers: 1 - send the tablet back at my expense to China for repair; 2 - 70% off to exchange it for a new tablet, with the old tablet sent back to Germany at my expense; 3 - 60% off the purchase of a new tablet. In the end, I decide, with regret, to take offer no. 3, and when I place the order, no discount voucher and the sales site gets blocked, and it's impossible to order other products from them because they block my access by refusing it on their part.
