Bug in the sales launch program
For more than a month now, I can no longer list items for sale, nor modify ongoing sales. I get an error message.
I contacted Ebay 5 times, and the 4th time I was told it was a computer issue. I was given a ticket number, but it will be 15 days on Monday, and still no news. I'm still blocked.
Does any user have the same problem?

-Changing browser?
- Clearing cookies and cache?
If you're using the mobile app, try the website (for PC).
