I would like to comply with the return conditions, the separability index, and the amount of the eco-contribution. Could you tell me which EPR categories correspond to the different ad categories on Ebay?

There is no documentation that makes such a correspondence.
Given the variety of your items and the fact that you are already registered in 7 categories, you must surely have an idea of what you signed up for.
To begin with, you need to fill out the form here by entering your SIRET and your IDUs and validate it

As for eco-contributions, if there are any, the corresponding eco-organization must have sent you a fee schedule; otherwise, you need to ask them.
For each of your items, you must fill in your EMBM IDU for Product packaging code and Shipping packaging code and, if applicable, your PA IDU for Product document code if your product has instructions
As for the manufacturer's product code, to know which category it belongs to, you must refer either to tools set up by the eco-organizations, such as here for eco-maison

As for eBay categories, they do not necessarily contain products that all belong to the same category. In addition, some products may belong to one category or another depending on their destination, such as gloves
