Change of address and request for ID
Hello,
I made a change on my own initiative
a simple address change following a move on my account, and eBay sends me a threatening message in an unpleasant tone (funds blocked etc....) if I don’t provide a photo of an ID document. Yet they already had this document in the past. Is this normal?

if when you log into your account you get this message, then it really is from ebay so comply
the site is managed by robots so it's rigid
