Refunded package, item lost at pickup point, help

Question

So, I've got an eBay problem, it's really not going well. A week ago I see that my package is lost. I file a claim to get a refund because it said delivered in England; the app is full of bugs because it said delivered. The problem is I was refunded and the figure, and now they're taking over. I don't understand anything at all, do I get the figure back, will the seller be automatically refunded linked to the signature? . The app bugs a lot when it comes to tracking packages.

Will the seller be refunded automatically? How do I do it? Also, it’s not the same currency, in euros, that’s totally not going to work. eBay is full of bugs. What steps do I need to take so I can get the figurine back and the seller gets automatically refunded

If you have been refunded, the item no longer belongs to you ..So it’s normal that the seller gets it back ..

You can buy it back from them if they put it up for sale again, unless it’s permanently lost 😞

@mval2007 personally I don't understand you and the only one who can make a declaration is the sender in case of damage so who did you make a declaration to?
