Incomplete order received but disappeared on eBay

Question

I ordered hubcaps for a Grande Punto on May 25, 2023. Only 1 was delivered instead of the 4. impossible to get a response from EBAY  or from the Italian supplier either, who is unreachable. My second order has disappeared from the eBay site. Avoid eBay

@berro-7386  Hello ??? 😕 Did you receive a payment confirmation by email?   Were you properly logged into your account when you made the purchase?
