extended delivery time

Hello,

for the past 15 days all my listings have had their delivery time extended, going from 3 days to more than a week, even though I absolutely haven’t changed my shipping conditions. I contacted eBay, who told me everything is OK. I’m wondering whether this is a restriction, even though my account is in very good seller status

If there’s a restriction on your account... you should have a message from eBay in your inbox and email box... check your spam folder too, if needed..

If you don’t have a message, then there aren’t any restrictions...

But it would rather look like an adjustment to postal delays, which announced a day + and/or + for delivery... and right now with the disruptions, you may be less penalized by the site for actual delivery times compared to the ones announced (all the more so since tracking seems to be rock and roll on the site...)

That’s only better, given the sometimes delayed parcels or letters you risk ending up with disputes that aren’t your fault. Extended deadlines that gives your sales time to arrive on time, even earlier. This time, Ebay did something good.
