Hello,I’m waiting for a valuable parcel that has just come from Germany and was shipped via DHL.The purchase consists of 2 large items, I had 2 tracking numbers that ended up being grouped under a single number.In short, DHL tracking indicates that the parcel was delivered on 27/02/24 at 14:00 (I was definitely at home that day, no delivery driver came).I contacted DHL Express, who told me that the parcel is no longer their responsibility and that it was handed over to La Poste.I go to the postal tracking and enter the DHL tracking number, I see that the parcel does appear but with the status "Your parcel is ready to leave its shipping territory.The tracking has not changed since 24/02The problem is that the tracking on eBay is based on DHL tracking and indicates that the parcel is delivered, but that is not the case at all.I hope the parcel is actually being handled by the post office, because the eBay tracking information suggests that I received the parcel, when that is absolutely not the case, I think there is a big problem on this point... Would you have any advice to give me if the parcel never arrives ?Regards
