Auction won, paid, and the seller refuses to sell
I won an auction today, which I paid for immediately by credit card. An hour later, I received a message from the seller saying that they refused to sell because the price wasn’t high enough. Then nothing! No cancellation…
How can I get a refund for this purchase? (More than €150, after all!)

if the seller doesn't budge and also if you haven't received the item by the expected date, you do what's in this link----> Get help with an item that hasn't arrived | eBay
( since you can only open one dispute per item.... it's better to go through this link than to ask for the transaction to be canceled, which would bring you to the same point ...)
