Since Christmas I was told there was a bug for this promotion. Is it normal that 4 days later eBay's IT people still can't get everything in order?

·1 year agoThe poor advisers who answer the phones are completely out of their depth... and have been giving nonsense answers for more than 3 days.
This has nothing to do with a bug, it’s just that the person who set up this promo messed up the conditions (especially the restrictions) and then left a bit too quickly on holiday.
Ebay isn’t even capable of getting someone to fix this during the holidays. It’s scary for such a well-known site.
