Funds not refunded despite the buyer having received the item

Hello,

I only had 3 days to send my parcel. Since I live in the countryside, I sent it on the 5th day.

Ebay is making me believe that the buyer filed a claim, which is false, I spoke to them on the phone

Now, the item has arrived at the buyer’s place, but Ebay is not returning the funds.

What should I do please

Habitant à la campagne, je l ai envoyé le 5ème jour.

pour éviter ça il suffit d'allonger le délai d'expédition dans vos annonces

N'ayant pas fait de vente dans les derniers temps ,il va falloir patienter un moment pour recevoir le paiement de votre vente
