regarding EPR in France, you indicate:
Yesterday it was possible to add the IDUs as you explain, but since this morning, the "French EPR numbers" section no longer appears ...
The issue was brought up in this thread:

So, for now, no pro seller can enter the IDUs!
Customer service is aware, and I find it pretty admirable that you’re posting this new feature while the problem is still ongoing!
