The class action, or the French-style class action
Simple question :
Do you support or oppose having the option to use a class action to protect sellers against scammers?
To require EBAY to disclose the final outcomes of disputes?

You write-----> "Are you for or against having the option to use class action in order to protect sellers against scammers?"
- Protecting sellers...??
or
- protecting buyers...???
(Delete the unnecessary mention.. to know which victims you want to talk about/defend... )
Class action already exists through consumer protection associations...
Contact them since they already have seasoned law firms at their disposal...
You can find their contact details on the web.
Otherwise, if you want there to be yet another one.. first you have to create an association whose purpose must be clearly defined... then declare it to the prefecture where its registered office is.... finally recruit the claimants..
As for whether the results of the proceedings are known... all you have to do is consult the registers of the competent courts to find them... (you just need to know the docket number - the court division seized - the start and end dates of the proceedings if you don't know the docket number..)
Best regards
