the seller whose name I won't mention out of respect owes me 300 euros and I returned him a cigarbox guitar with a major flaw that I showed to a luthier near my place he received the package yesterday but with this gentleman I had intended him to make me another custom cigarbox but when I saw that this one sold here was badly made I gave up and this gentleman took everything the wrong way, I told him that the return of his cigarbox had nothing to do with the other it was outside ebay anyway He does say however in a private email that he will refund me but he takes me for an idiot he knows that his cigarboxes have been there for months and are unsellable and in his business outside ebay the same thing
I warned Ebay yesterday about the problem, I bombarded him with messages NO REPLY while remaining polite and courteous in asking him to refund me upon receipt but NOTHING he is putting PRESSURE ON ME HE IS DOING IT ON PURPOSE NOT TO REPLY HE RECEIVED THE CIGARBOX YESTERDAY but nothing no refund for now I have the impression that he doesn't have the money or that it bothers him to refund me easier to cash in than to give back moreover he tells me outside Ebay it is no longer new but becomes second-hand so I will see you have to believe he doesn't know the rules because if not refunded Ebay refunds me and they take the money from his account even if he doesn't give me everything back the difference is refunded by Ebay PEOPLE LIKE THAT I KICK HIM OFF EBAY I'm getting a bit fed up with this story and with this CLOWN I ask Ebay to stop this gentleman's sales the cigarboxes he sells here ARE BADLY MADE unplayable etc.... thank you for your replies but I will be refunded by Ebay just to tell you that I've run into a BAD PAYER SELLER
