The request to "change account details: uploading an ID document" is impossible, even though the format and dimensions are correct, ID card or passport, different photos, the document is always rejected (sometimes on the pretext of not re-uploading a document already provided). The phone support didn't resolve anything. As a result, I deleted all my current listings and would like to get back the amount withheld by ebay. I can hardly see how to solve the problem before July 20, and after already hours of trying. The system is going around in ridiculous circles. Help that is more effective than ebay's system would be greatly appreciated.
