Returned item still not refunded
I returned an item worth 74 .99 euros, the seller did receive the item and he says that some pieces are missing. I had put everything in the same box with duct tape how do I get refunded

In the open dispute, you need to ask eBay to step in... Don't wait around, there's a deadline for doing it.

and above all, did you send the tracking number for the return made in the dispute?
