Hello, I was waiting for a package with La Fontaine's Fables in 4 volumes and I received a bikini top!! Funny, right! Not quite... the fault lies with the messenger "Mondial Relay" however it's impossible to contact Ebay (where it's easier to place an order than to assert your rights) to explain the problem. Has anyone ever had this kind of mishap? Trenmor

I’m sorry that you didn’t receive your package and that you want to close your account.

I still encourage you to contact customer service in order to open a return dispute.

If the item doesn’t match what you ordered, then the seller is required to accept the return.

If you can’t reach customer service, send me a message on our social media: Facebook / Twitter / Instagram.
And I’ll open the dispute for you.
