Abusive charge Packlink
Summary: montecristaux33 raises a concern about overweight shipping charges billed by Packlink, despite Mondial Relay confirming that no mistake was made. They sent proof to Packlink without success. *miss-tigri* advises going directly through Mondial Relay to avoid Packlink. perceval11 shares a similar experience of abusive charges by Packlink and is considering filing a complaint with the DGCCRF, recommending that eBay users avoid Packlink for their shipments.
Packlink has just charged me shipping fees for overweight, even though Mondial relay assured me that there had been no error, and that I always take a photo of the parcel before sending it. My partner, who has an account on ebay, has just had the same misfortune, even though Mondial relay did send the information to packlink, which proves that the charge is abusive. Photo also sent to packlink, but still the same response, "we are contacting Mondial relay". What should I do?
Are there any other people in my situation?

Attention all eBay sellers: if you don't want to get ripped off, stop using shipments via packlink!
Like montecristaux, I have just been hit with a string of abusive charges by packlink for supposed overweight packages, which I disputed since I weigh everything with an electronic scale: it's plain and simple extortion, since they take no account of your replies
In the end, these shipments cost me more than Colissimo!
I am considering filing a complaint with the DGCCRF because nothing about the way they operate is fair: they give tracking numbers that aren't the ones registered on eBay etc etc

Unfortunately, several reports have already been made

Go directly through Mondial Relay and ditch the shipping platform, which isn’t mandatory
