Hello, I went to pick up a parcel today and surprise, it had already been picked up yesterday at 2:47 p.m., I was still at work!. Apparently it’s possible to pick up a parcel without ID and no one knew the secret code except me! Can someone have an answer to this mystery?. I don’t understand. Either the pickup point has accomplices, or I have a spy/virus in my phone!

Contact your seller... to explain to them what's happening and to find out whether this is a usual thing with this relay...
- you can also try asking Mondial relay.. ( no guarantee of results since you're not the sender..)
