Hello, I have a regular buyer who seems to be having problems using the cart. It seems that eBay wants to charge him immediately. I have not activated "Pay immediately" in my listings for my fixed-price or auction listings. I don't even ask buyers to pay within a certain number of days. Where can I find the "Pay immediately" setting? I saw it somewhere, I never activated it, but I can't find it in my listings. Is it in my account preferences. Thanks for any help.
