Terrible customer service
Hello, my account has been blocked for 1 month now and I can’t withdraw the money from my account or sell the slightest item. This is the 10th time I’ve called Ebay, and they still can’t give me a clear reason for my account being blocked. I even sent a letter, which still has no reply, to Ebay France. I don’t know what else to do to get a reliable contact person to solve my problem
